More about Michelle

Hi! I’m Michelle. I am a Hypnobirthing Mumma to two little ones. I fell in love with Hypnobirthing after completing the Hypnobirthing Australia™ course and using the techniques to birth my second child. I went on to have the most amazing natural birth and felt so empowered by this experience that I just had to help others realise their dreams of a positive birth too!

I am so excited that I get to share Hypnobirthing Australia’s Positive Birth Program with women and their birth partners. I am passionate about supporting women to embrace the power of the mind-body connection during labour and birth. Through the course I ensure mothers are fully equipped with the skills and tools necessary to achieve a positive birth. Partners are supported to become a strong, knowledgeable and positive force, and a great asset to the birthing woman advocating for their care throughout the birth process. At completion, women and birth partners both walk away with a thorough understanding of the birth process, options available and a practical ‘tool kit’ of skills and strategies that can be used to achieve a positive birth no mater the circumstances.

I offer Hypnobirthing Australia’s Positive Birth Program group classes in Melbourne. I am also available to come to you for private one-on-one sessions, held in the comfort of your home.

Please get in touch to find out more!
